About the Role
As a Senior Appraiser specializing in Machinery and Equipment (M&E), you will play a central part in GA Group's valuation practice across the US. This full-time position calls for someone who can independently assess complex assets, produce defensible reports, and contribute the kind of seasoned judgment that clients rely on across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough appraisals and valuations of machinery, equipment, and industrial assets.
- Prepare detailed, well-supported reports that withstand scrutiny from lenders, owners, and stakeholders.
- Apply recognized appraisal methodologies to determine fair, market-based values.
- Collaborate with GA Group's advisory, real estate, retail, and wholesale teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior appraisers, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
- Stay current with market trends, asset conditions, and industry standards affecting valuations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated, senior-level experience appraising machinery and equipment (M&E).
- Strong command of valuation principles, methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site within the US (this role is not remote).
