About the Role

As a Low Voltage Project Manager based on-site in Raleigh, you will take ownership of large-scale enterprise security deployments. This role blends hands-on technical knowledge with strong financial and operational management, ensuring every project is delivered on scope, on schedule, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage large-scale enterprise security projects through every phase of delivery.
• Lead installations across Access Control, CCTV and IP video, intrusion detection, and other related low voltage systems.
• Own project profit and loss (P&L), tracking budgets and overall financial performance.
• Manage job costing, monitor cash flow, and keep projects financially on target.
• Process and oversee change orders, adjusting project plans as requirements evolve.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and teams to keep work moving efficiently toward completion.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of experience managing large-scale enterprise security projects.
• Demonstrated expertise across Access Control, CCTV/IP video, intrusion, and additional low voltage solutions.
• Proven proficiency with project P&L, job costing, cash flow management, and change orders.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills suited to fast-moving, multi-faceted technical projects.
