Advanced Technology Services is seeking a driven Regional Maintenance Reliability Engineer in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, to help manufacturers keep their production lines running at peak performance.
About the Role
As a Regional Maintenance Reliability Engineer based in Pittsburgh, you will partner with industrial clients across the region to strengthen equipment dependability, minimize unplanned downtime, and elevate maintenance practices on the factory floor. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting multiple facilities where reliability directly shapes operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion reliability-centered maintenance strategies across regional manufacturing sites.
- Diagnose recurring equipment failures and engineer practical, lasting solutions.
- Analyze maintenance data to surface trends, prioritize improvements, and reduce machine downtime.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Coach technicians and operators on best practices that extend asset life and boost uptime.
Qualifications
- Background in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts for mechanical, electrical, and process equipment.
- Comfort working hands-on within active manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to travel regionally to support several facilities.
- Clear communication skills for working alongside plant teams and leadership.
