About the Role

As a Journey Technician - Tractor based in Mokena, Illinois, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and related machinery. This is an on-site, full-time position operating Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime available as workload demands. Every day, you'll deliver dependable, high-quality service that reflects the professional reputation Altorfer is known for across Will County.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out service repairs on tractor components and complete general mechanical work
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment to identify root causes
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machinery operating reliably
