Manager, Client Success

About the Role

As Manager, Client Success at Datavant, you will own the health and growth of a portfolio of client relationships across the healthcare ecosystem. Working from our Wyoming, Kent County location, you will serve as the strategic point of contact who ensures customers adopt, succeed with, and renew their Datavant partnership. This is an opportunity to blend relationship leadership with hands-on problem solving at a company shaping how the industry shares health data securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary advocate within Datavant.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of our data collaboration solutions.
• Track account health, identify risks early, and drive renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with internal sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and surface customer feedback.
• Translate client goals into clear success plans and report on outcomes and value delivered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client success, account management, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
• A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort navigating complex client needs.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities effectively.
• Interest in healthcare data, technology, or the broader life sciences landscape is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Wyoming, Kent County.
