ML Engineer – Only local to PA

Intellisoft Technologies is hiring a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer in Frazer, Chester County, Pennsylvania — a hands-on, onsite role for a PA-local engineer ready to build production-grade ML solutions on AWS.

About the Role

As an ML Engineer with Intellisoft Technologies, you will design, train, and operationalize machine learning models within a modern AWS environment. This is a full-time, six-month engagement based in the Malvern/Frazer, PA area on a hybrid-onsite schedule, so candidates must be local to Pennsylvania. You will partner closely with data and engineering teams to turn raw data into reliable, scalable ML systems that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases.
• Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines to prepare and move data at scale.
• Leverage AWS SageMaker and related AWS services to support the full model lifecycle, from experimentation through deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into production-ready ML workflows.
• Monitor, tune, and improve model performance and data pipeline reliability over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; a master's degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience across AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or data engineering.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building ETL pipelines.
• Demonstrated proficiency building ML models and working with AWS SageMaker and core AWS services.
• Must be local to Pennsylvania and able to work on a hybrid-onsite basis in the Frazer/Malvern area.
