Senior Application Developer

About the Role

As a Senior Application Developer at Belay Technologies, you will serve as a versatile reverse engineer and developer embedded directly within a CNO team. Think of this as a "jack of all trades" engineering position: one day you may be tearing apart binaries to understand how they behave, and the next you may be building tools and applications that turn those insights into capability. This is an on-site position based at Fort George G. Meade in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced reverse engineering techniques to analyze software, binaries, and system behavior.
• Design, build, and maintain custom applications and tooling in support of intelligence operations.
• Work as an embedded developer within a CNO team, adapting quickly to shifting mission priorities.
• Translate findings from analysis into practical, deployable software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with analysts and engineers to solve complex technical challenges.

• Demonstrated, advanced experience in reverse engineering.
• Strong software development skills with the flexibility to switch between analysis and building.
