Premier Technical Services Corp is hiring a full-time Cyber Security Analyst with Security Clearance in San Antonio, Bexar County, to help safeguard mission-critical networks against evolving threats.

About the Role

As an Analyst Cyber Security with Security Clearance, you will join a dedicated network defense team operating around the clock in San Antonio. This on-site position supports continuous monitoring and protection of sensitive systems, making it ideal for a steady, mission-focused professional who thrives in a structured, security-driven environment. Because operations never pause, this role follows a rotating Panama shift pattern rather than a standard weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and defend networks against intrusions, anomalies, and emerging cyber threats.
• Support 12-hour day (7a–7p) and night (7p–7a) coverage on a Panama rotation, such as a 4-3 pattern covering every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays, or the inverse.
• Transition between day and night rotations approximately every three months to maintain continuous operational coverage.
• Apply established network defense practices to detect, analyze, and respond to security events.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance, as required for this position.
• Relevant hands-on experience in network defense or related cyber security operations.
• A valid DoD 8570 IAT-II certification held at the time of hire.
• A consistent, stable employment record demonstrating long-term commitment rather than frequent job changes.
• Willingness and availability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts on a Panama schedule in San Antonio.
