Safety Specialist

Twin Rivers Technologies is hiring a full-time Safety Specialist in Quincy, Norfolk County, MA, to champion a strong culture of workplace safety across our manufacturing operations. About the Role

Reporting to and supported by the Safety Manager, the Safety Specialist takes ownership of day-to-day safety operations at our Quincy facility. This is a hands-on, in-person position that places you directly within the manufacturing environment, where your vigilance helps prevent injuries, reduce risk, and reinforce safe habits among every member of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily safety activities carried out across the Quincy, MA site under the guidance of the Safety Manager.
• Build and sustain a proactive safety-first culture among employees at every level of the operation.
• Roll out, monitor, and continually improve safety programs and procedures.
• Maintain a visible, active presence on the manufacturing floor to spot potential hazards early.
• Assess identified risks and put effective controls in place to mitigate them.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of occupational health and safety practices within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal safety regulations and the ability to apply them in practice.
• Sharp attention to detail with a talent for recognizing and addressing workplace hazards.
• Strong communication skills to promote safe behaviors and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in a hands-on production environment in Quincy, Norfolk County.
