About the Role

As a Maintenance Assistant at Noir Kitchen and Cocktails, you'll play a hands-on part in protecting the comfort, cleanliness, and reliability of our Jere Baxter location. Reporting to the management team, you'll handle the everyday upkeep that keeps the dining room, kitchen, and surrounding facilities in top working order — tackling small fixes before they become big problems and helping create a welcoming environment people enjoy returning to.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled upkeep and minor repairs across the restaurant and connected facilities
• Keep equipment, fixtures, and common areas clean, functional, and guest-ready
• Support daily safety standards and promptly address wear, damage, or hazards as they appear
• Assist with general property care so both staff and visitors enjoy a well-maintained space
• Communicate maintenance needs to management and follow up to ensure tasks are completed

Qualifications

• Reliable, conscientious, and comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Practical ability to perform basic repairs and routine maintenance tasks
• Attention to detail with a genuine focus on cleanliness and safety
• Able to work on-site full-time at our Jere Baxter, Davidson County location (this role is not remote)
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever the property needs care
