Catholic Charities Family and Community Services is seeking a dedicated Self Directed Services Staff (Ingerick) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Westgate, Monroe County. This full-time, community-based role gives you the chance to make a daily difference in someone's journey toward greater independence.

About the Role

As a Self Directed Services Staff member, you will deliver hands-on assistance and guidance during the everyday activities that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) live more independently. Working within the I/DD Self-Directed Services (SDS) department, your schedule will vary according to each client's needs, and your work setting will depend on the people you serve throughout the Westgate, Monroe County community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and instruct individuals through the daily tasks that foster and sustain their independence.
• Tailor your assistance to each person's unique goals, preferences, and abilities.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule that shifts based on client requirements.
• Complete related administrative duties accurately and on time.
