Force Pressure Control is hiring a full-time Service Operator in Marmon, Williams County to run frac stack, greasing, and surface pressure control equipment for active oilfield well-site operations.

About the Role

As a Service Operator with Force Pressure Control, you will work on the front line of oilfield services (OFS) field operations, handling wellhead and surface pressure control equipment at locations throughout Marmon, Williams County. This hands-on, field-based position is built for safety-minded professionals who take pride in operating mission-critical pressure control gear and keeping well-site operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain frac valves, accumulators, greasing systems, and torque units during active field work.
• Support wellhead and surface pressure control equipment across OFS field operations.
• Monitor surface pressure control activity and respond to changing conditions on location.
• Assist with pressure control manifolds and related equipment as operational needs arise.
• Uphold strict safety standards on every job site, putting personnel and equipment integrity first.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience operating frac valves, accumulators, greasing systems, and torque units.
• A professional, safety-oriented approach to field operations.
• Familiarity with pressure control manifolds and general surface pressure control monitoring is an advantage.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Marmon, Williams County (this is not a remote role).
