About the Role
As Program Manager, you will serve as the senior leader accountable for the direction and success of a defense training support contract. Based in the Triangle, Prince William County area near Quantico, Virginia, this on-site position calls for someone who can steer complex operations, keep teams aligned, and ensure every objective tied to the MSTP mission is delivered with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for all contract operations supporting the MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP).
- Plan, organize, and direct program activities to meet contractual goals and performance standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and monitor progress across every phase of the program.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for schedule, quality, and successful execution of contract deliverables.
- Guide and support staff to maintain readiness, efficiency, and mission alignment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading programs or contract operations, ideally within a defense or military training environment.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating multifaceted operations.
- Proven ability to oversee teams and drive results across the full life cycle of a program.
- Familiarity with MAGTF or comparable military staff training programs is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Quantico / Triangle, Prince William County area.
