QinetiQ US is seeking a cleared Senior Acquisition Analyst (EMSS) to support mission-critical defense programs at Fort George G. Meade in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. About the Role

As a Senior Acquisition Analyst (EMSS) with Security Clearance, you will guide the planning, execution, and oversight of acquisition activities supporting QinetiQ US programs at Fort George G. Meade. This is a full-time, on-site position embedded with a team that advances robotic and autonomous platforms alongside ground, soldier, and maritime systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition analysis and life-cycle support for EMSS-related defense programs.
• Develop, review, and maintain acquisition documentation in line with government policy and program objectives.
• Coordinate across program managers, government stakeholders, and technical teams to keep procurement milestones on track.
• Track program budgets, schedules, and contract performance, surfacing risks and recommending corrective action.
• Help shape acquisition strategy for efforts spanning sensor science, signal processing, data fusion, and AI/ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• An active U.S. security clearance, as required for this position.
• Proven, senior-level experience in defense or government acquisition, EMSS, or program support.
• Strong working knowledge of federal acquisition processes and documentation standards.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort George G. Meade in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
• Sharp analytical, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
