About the Role

As an Aircraft Appearance Specialist based in Smyrna, Rutherford County, you'll be responsible for the cleanliness, presentation, and overall finish of aircraft both inside and out. This on-site position is central to how our customers experience our service, ensuring every cabin and exterior meets the high standard our brand is known for. The role reports within our ground operations team and works closely with maintenance and flight crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Detail aircraft interiors, including seating, carpets, galleys, lavatories, and cockpit surfaces.
• Wash, polish, and maintain aircraft exteriors to a professional finish.
• Restock cabin supplies and prepare aircraft for upcoming departures.
• Inspect completed work to confirm it meets cleanliness, safety, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations staff to support on-time turnarounds.
• Handle cleaning products and equipment in line with established safety procedures.

Qualifications
