The Regulatory Specialist role involves working on compliance tasks, policy development, and risk assessments in the AI research lab industry. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs and expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act. Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts and clear written communication are also required.

- Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act
- Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies, risk assessments, training materials, regulatory change memos
- Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
