About the Role

As the Quality Assurance Associate and Designated Representative (DR/CDR), you will act as the responsible person overseeing compliant operations at our wholesale pharmaceutical distribution site in Frazer, Chester County. This position centers on protecting the accuracy and dependability of our quality documentation, with a particular focus on verifying Certificate of Analysis (COA) records following analytical testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the licensed Designated Representative (DR/CDR) and responsible person for the wholesale drug distribution facility.
• Review and validate Certificate of Analysis (COA) information to confirm it is accurate and consistent after analytical testing.
• Support the quality assurance function and contribute to ongoing compliance efforts across distribution activities.
• Help uphold regulatory standards governing the storage and handling of distributed pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications

• Active qualification as a Designated Representative or Certified Designated Representative (DR/CDR).
• Eligibility to serve as the responsible person for a licensed wholesale drug distribution operation.
