About the Role

As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions for clients. Working from Accenture's Wellston, Saint Louis County location, you'll combine technical depth with delivery leadership to bring complex implementations to life across multiple industries and clouds.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce engagements, keeping projects on scope, on schedule, and aligned to client goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and architects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using tools such as Lightning, Einstein, and Bolt.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Champion best practices across the project to ensure reliable, maintainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and delivering Salesforce implementations.
• Hands-on familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, including Lightning and Einstein.
• Strong project and delivery management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in Wellston, Saint Louis County (this role is not remote).
