About the Role

As a Learning Consultant at Oracle, you will coordinate the logistics behind successful training delivery and on-site go-live support at federal client locations. This position is centered on organization and project management — it is not a hands-on instructor role. Please note that the position involves up to 100% travel, so candidates should be comfortable with a demanding travel schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of training delivery for federal clients.
• Provide structured go-live support at client sites during system deployments.
• Localize and adapt training materials and program logistics to each engagement.
• Apply strong project management practices to keep timelines, resources, and stakeholders aligned.
• Coordinate the moving parts of on-site rollouts to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in organization and project management.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Comfort working directly with clients in fast-moving deployment environments.
