About the Role
As an Insurance Training Specialist at Orion180 Insurance Services LLC, you will design and deliver learning programs that equip our people to serve customers with confidence and expertise. Based on-site in Melbourne, Brevard County, you will partner across departments to strengthen product knowledge, service standards, and the technology-driven approach that sets Orion180 apart.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and deliver training programs covering insurance products, processes, and service expectations.
- Onboard new team members and provide ongoing development for established staff.
- Create clear learning materials, guides, and reference resources for a range of roles.
- Assess training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and performance.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify skill gaps and tailor learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Background in insurance, with the ability to explain industry concepts clearly.
- Experience building or delivering training, instruction, or staff development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across varied audiences.
- Organized, self-directed approach to managing multiple learning initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, Brevard County (this is not a remote role).
