About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain EchoStar equipment and services at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with satellite, streaming, smart home, and connectivity products.
• Walk customers through how their newly installed systems work and answer their questions clearly.
• Complete service calls efficiently while keeping accurate records of each job.
• Represent EchoStar professionally, prioritizing safety and quality on every assignment.

Qualifications

• Comfort with hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and using tools in the field.
• Strong customer-service skills and clear, friendly communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage a daily route, and adapt to varied job sites.
• Willingness to work on-site in and around Greensboro NDC, Guilford County (this role is not remote).
