About the Role

As a school-based Speech Language Pathologist with Epic Special Education Staffing, you'll deliver evaluations and therapy services that help students build essential speech, language, and communication skills. This is a full-time assignment of 30 hours per week in Glasgow, New Castle County, supporting learners throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Both local and travel placements may be available depending on your preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students presenting speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's goals and IEP requirements.
• Track progress, document sessions, and adjust intervention strategies as students grow.
• Partner with teachers, families, and the special education team to support consistent outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records throughout the school year assignment.

• Eligibility to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting.
