Covenant Christian Academy in Colleyville, Tarrant County is seeking a dedicated, full-time After School Care Coordinator to lead our beloved Cougar Club program and provide a safe, nurturing environment for students once the academic day ends.
About the Role
As the After School Care Coordinator at Covenant Christian Academy, you will oversee the daily operation of our Cougar Club after-school program for early childhood and elementary students in Colleyville, Tarrant County. Reporting to the Early Childhood/Elementary Principal within the EC/Elementary department, you will create a welcoming after-care experience that reflects the Academy's commitment to a biblically based, classical, college-preparatory education that cultivates a passion for excellence, a heart of grace, and the character of Christ.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Cougar Club after-school care program.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and engaging environment for elementary and early childhood students.
- Plan age-appropriate activities that support each child's growth and well-being.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, teachers, and program staff.
- Partner with the Early Childhood/Elementary Principal to uphold the mission and standards of the Academy.
Qualifications
- A heart for working with elementary and early childhood-aged children.
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication abilities.
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of Covenant Christian Academy.
- Ability to fulfill the responsibilities of this on-site role in Colleyville, Tarrant County.
