About the Role

As a Pickleball Pro at Life Time in Omaha, you'll deliver high-energy instruction while helping members fall in love with the fastest-growing sport in the country. This on-site role centers on rally-based, student-first coaching that turns beginners into confident competitors and keeps seasoned players coming back. You'll also play a key part in growing your own client base while contributing to the broader success of the pickleball program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one private pickleball lessons tailored to each member's skill level and goals.
• Design and run engaging group clinics and programming for players of all abilities.
• Organize and oversee pickleball leagues, mixers, and social play events.
• Apply a student-centered, rally-based teaching philosophy that keeps learning active and fun.
• Build and expand your personal client roster to reach and surpass individual and department revenue targets.
• Provide member-focused service that drives loyalty, repeat bookings, and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Monitor court activity and program quality to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to teach pickleball to individuals and groups across skill levels.
• Strong command of rally-based, student-centered coaching methods.
• A member-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
