Working within Caroline's Restaurant — our home for elevated American cuisine with a creative twist, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner — you will prepare dishes that uphold the standards of a beloved Dubuque institution. This is a full-time, on-site position in Center Grove for someone eager to do great work and make a lasting mark.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items accurately and consistently across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Manage your assigned station, keeping it stocked, organized, and ready for each service.
• Follow established recipes, presentation standards, and portion guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to all food safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate closely with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
