Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored Pilates sessions that help clients meet their movement and wellness goals.
- Refine your programming and teaching technique with mentorship from a dedicated Pilates manager.
- Grow and retain a loyal client base through strong relationships and consistent results.
- Pursue continued education to deepen your expertise and stay current with best practices.
- Develop the business side of your practice to support long-term career stability.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for Pilates and for helping clients realize their full potential.
- Comprehensive Pilates certification or equivalent training (apparatus and/or mat).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for one-on-one and group instruction.
- Willingness to learn, take coaching, and grow within a structured, supportive environment.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Brooklyn, New York City.
