Sales Lead, New Markets (BPO)

Since launching in 2020, we have raised millions from top-tier global investors and partnered with leading brands like CEVA, Gebrüder Weiss, and Maersk.

Now we are expanding beyond logistics and bringing our proven, tech-enabled BPO model to every industry that can benefit from it.

What You Will Do

• Outbound Sales & Pipeline – Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining a growing, self-sourced pipeline.

• Outbound Motion Development – Build and refine the outbound engine by testing messaging, cadences, triggers, and documenting what works.

• Channel & Partnership Exploration – Explore and develop new demand channels through partnerships, communities, events, and inbound opportunities.
• Market Intelligence & Feedback – Track results, analyze what converts, and share insights with leadership to optimize strategy and outreach.

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years in B2B sales or growth roles, experience in selling services such as BPO, staffing, outsourcing, consulting, or managed services is a plus!
• Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch
• Startup or early-stage experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Hours and Setup

This role will be in the North American/European territories.

This is a full-time remote opportunity, with hours overlapping in the North American/European business hours.
