Learning Experience Designer Specialist (LXD), Remote

Design and deliver high-impact, research-based learning experiences for primary care practices, creating engaging content that accelerates technology adoption and supports value-based care workflows.

Requirements

• Partner with business leads, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders to analyze training needs, determine learning objectives, and select the most appropriate structure, format, and strategy for delivery.
• Design and develop scalable learning across multiple formats (e.g., live virtual sessions, on-demand modules, microlearning, videos, gamified experiences, interactive multimedia) that align with practice and company goals.
• Apply instructional design methodologies, curriculum mapping, and adult learning science principles to create cohesive learning paths that meet diverse learner personas and minimize redundancy.
• Define clear success metrics for engagement, impact, and effectiveness, and develop valid, relevant assessments that align to the learning approach and intended outcomes
• Lead projects independently, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks while following team standards and advocating for high-quality deliverables.
