- 3+ years of experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROAS improvements
- Experience running lead generation, eCommerce, or conversion-focused campaigns
- Knowledge of pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion attribution
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, or CRM platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
