We’re hiring a highly execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable growth across both paid and organic acquisition channels. The role combines performance marketing, organic growth, content strategy, funnel optimization, analytics, and growth experimentation. The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented, combines creativity with analytical thinking, and understands both paid and organic growth loops.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience
- Strong platform-native experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Proven success generating qualified leads, measurable pipeline, and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of PPC, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, attribution, and conversion tracking
