OnePay is a consumer fintech company that’s fixing the broken financial system. We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We’re backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, and we’re looking for a Design Engineer to help define modern design-to-code at OnePay.
Requirements
- Ship in code
- Fluency in Figma and code (React Native or React)
- Active use of AI coding tools at production velocity
- Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and how design systems map to code
- Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap
- Strong communication across both disciplines
- A track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define how teams work
