Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, management, project coordination, and/or implementation in the financial, fintech, or payments industry
- Deep domain expertise in Banking and Lending (specifically loan lifecycles and core accounting)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume communication and requirements within a remote, Slack-heavy environment
- A “continuous learner” mindset with a natural aptitude for mastering new technologies and modern cloud stacks
