Requirements
- 2+ years of HR support, HR operations, or people operations experience
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar systems
- Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
