Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to build long-horizon people-ops tasks with deterministic rubrics, develop scenarios for employee inquiries, and design HRIS work scenarios with data updates and benefits enrollment.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HR operations or people operations
- Expertise in HRIS (e.g., Workday, Rippling, BambooHR, Gusto, Justworks), leave administration (FMLA, ADA), benefits administration, or FLSA classification
- SHRM-CP / PHR certification
