Requirements
- Mastering Technology, Living Service
- End-to-End Workplace Support: analyze and resolve error messages in Windows and Ubuntu environments
- Automation & Optimization: use existing automations and participate in the further development and optimization of deployment processes
- Hardware & Lifecycle Management: procure, set up, and repair work devices
- Identity & Access Management: manage user accounts in Google Workspace, maintain permissions, and support security tools
- Onboarding & Events: provide technical support for new joiners and internal company events
