EXUS is a global technology company that specializes in debt collections software for financial services and utilities. The company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate to support its growing finance function.
Requirements
- Coordinate accounting activities with external bookkeepers and support the monthly close process, including journal entries
- Prepare and support vendor and operational payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Support first-stage collections, including invoice follow-ups and payment reminders
- Assist with compliance related to relevant tax legislation
- Support payroll processes
- Assist with ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as needed
