Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets and managing successful sales teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of outbound sales, pipeline management, lead conversion, and deal closing
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Comfortable managing performance in fast-paced environments
