PwC is looking for an Associate/Digital-led Transformation & Capital Project Management to support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining. The role involves building schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital toolchains to improve visibility, predictability, and control across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Requirements
- 6–8 years relevant experience in construction + metals/mining + PMO consulting across capex projects.
- PMP certification (mandatory).
- M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred (Construction/Project Management).
- Alternatively, BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) + MBA with strong project/PMO track record.
- Demonstrated hands-on with at least 3 of: Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro), Drone/LiDAR workflows, EVM, IoT/SCADA/TAS integrations, GenAI copilots.
