Requirements

- Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content
- Collaborate with social media and marketing teams
- Stay updated with social media trends, policies, and best practices
- Fluency in Estonian (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in social media moderation or community management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and moderation policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and good judgment skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools
