The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Requirements
- Analyze sales commission data and generate accurate and timely commission reports for internal employees
- Collaborate with sales teams and finance departments to ensure commission plans are aligned with business objectives
- Modify and improve existing commission calculation and reporting process
- Investigate and resolve any commission disputes or discrepancies
- Provide support to sales teams and payroll on commission-related inquiries
- Maintain commission related documentation, including commission plans
- Develop and implement new commission plans as needed
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to commission analysis and administration
- Interact regularly with leaders and stakeholders on commission payments, issues, etc.
- Manage the commission process with little supervision
- Timely completion of commission calculations alongside tight payroll deadlines
