Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years in B2B sales or BD inside a cross-border payments, FX, or fintech business — not adjacent to it
- Generated $500k+ monthly volume and can defend those numbers client by client
- Comfortable on rate conversations: spreads, margins, walking away from bad deals
- Structured pipeline builder — sector-segmented, TPV-projected, operationally disciplined
