Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or a highly analytical role
- Experience owning complex, cross-functional projects and driving them from planning through execution
- Effective at influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong interest in residential real estate development and housing markets
