Requirements
- Ability to write effective, testable, maintainable, and secure code in more than one language.
- Practical experience with modern engineering practices, design patterns, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with CI/CD and cloud-native development.
- Experience delivering in Agile, cross-functional teams.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfort with TDD/BDD and clean coding principles; you value code quality and clarity.
- Growth mindset: you mentor, invite feedback, and care about team wellbeing.
