About the Role
As an Operations Associate at Sephora in San Diego, you are the engine behind a well-run store. Working part-time at our CA-Liberty Station location, you'll handle the behind-the-scenes essentials—from inventory flow to stock organization—that allow our beauty advisors to focus on delighting clients. This is an hourly, non-exempt position ideal for someone who thrives on order, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows across the sales floor and stockroom.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise, keeping inventory accurate and accessible.
- Replenish shelves and displays so products are always available for clients to discover.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and orderly environment that reflects the Sephora brand.
- Partner with store teammates to deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, moving stock, and standing for extended periods.
- A collaborative, reliable approach and a passion for supporting a great in-store experience.
- Prior retail or operations experience is a plus, though not required.
