About the Role
As a Sales Supervisor with G-Iii Leather Fashions, you will partner closely with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to keep the business moving forward. This position blends hands-on selling with early leadership responsibilities, giving you the chance to build the skills and product knowledge needed to grow within retail management at our Ontario, San Bernardino County location.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in achieving sales targets and overall store performance.
- Inspire, encourage, and help guide the store team throughout the day.
- Set the standard for outstanding customer service and lead by example on the sales floor.
- Continue developing the product expertise and operational know-how that support store leadership.
Qualifications
- A proven background as a successful retail sales associate.
- Genuine readiness to step up into a store leadership role.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences in a fashion retail setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teammates.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including the flexibility retail typically requires.
