Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Landscape Structures is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for 2nd Shift in Delano, Wright County, to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly and safely.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician on our 2nd Shift team, you will be a hands-on problem-solver responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and facilities that power production at Landscape Structures in Delano, Wright County. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for a mechanically minded professional who takes pride in preventing downtime and supporting a busy manufacturing environment during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, tools, and facility systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues, then carry out timely repairs to minimize disruption
• Respond to maintenance requests during 2nd Shift to keep operations on schedule
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, service work, and parts used
• Follow all safety procedures and help uphold a clean, well-organized work area
• Collaborate with production teammates to support continuous, efficient output

Qualifications

• Practical experience in industrial, facility, or equipment maintenance
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, or service manuals
• Availability and reliability to work a 2nd Shift schedule on-site in Delano, Wright County
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a team-first mindset
