About the Role

This is a full-time, solo CDL A Company Driver (OTR, Refrigerated) position based in Lawrence, Marion County. As a W2 company driver, you'll run long-haul reefer routes, transporting temperature-sensitive line haul and LTL loads across the country. Estimated weekly average pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,800, with roughly 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. No driver loading or unloading is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a refrigerated tractor-trailer safely over the road on OTR routes
• Transport line haul and LTL freight while maintaining required temperature settings
• Complete trips on schedule, covering an average of 3,000–3,500 miles each week
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and follow all DOT and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate with dispatch throughout each haul

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
• Willingness to run solo OTR routes with expected home time of 7 to 21 days
• Comfortable operating refrigerated (reefer) equipment
• Commitment to safe, compliant, and reliable driving
