Key Responsibilities
- Plan the most economical yet adequate placement and configuration of electric facilities, including poles, guys, conductors, customer services, streetlights, and transformers.

- Develop arrangements that balance cost efficiency with system reliability and service quality.
- Coordinate field planning details to support dependable electric service for customers.
