REP Fitness is seeking a detail-driven E-Commerce Merchandiser II- B2B in Westminster, Adams County to shape how our world-class fitness equipment, apparel, and supplements reach wholesale and business buyers online.

About the Role

As the E-Commerce Merchandiser II- B2B at REP Fitness, you will own the digital storefront experience for our business-to-business customers. Based on-site in Westminster, Adams County, this full-time position blends merchandising strategy, product presentation, and data analysis to grow B2B sales across our expanding catalog of gym equipment and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain product assortments, listings, and category pages tailored to B2B and wholesale buyers.
• Optimize on-site merchandising, search, and navigation to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Craft accurate, persuasive product content, imagery placement, and pricing displays for business accounts.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into merchandising improvements.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and inventory teams to align online presentation with product availability and promotions.
• Support the rollout of new equipment, apparel, and supplement lines across the B2B channel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising, ideally within a B2B or wholesale environment.
• Comfort working with e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, and merchandising tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and traffic data.
• Sharp eye for product presentation, accuracy, and customer experience.
• Collaborative communicator able to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Westminster, Adams County headquarters.
