As the Retail Store Manager in Batavia, Kane County, you'll take ownership of a busy Music & Arts store, balancing genuine customer care with sound business operations. This is a hands-on, full-time leadership position for someone who loves music, enjoys coaching a team, and wants to help a local community keep playing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain a welcoming, well-organized retail environment.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate associates to deliver standout service.
